These terms and conditions will govern all transactions carried out through the website www.marcakala.com (hereinafter, “Marcakala.com” for the purposes of this contract).

To make a purchase at Marcakala.com, knowledge of the agreement and the terms and conditions set forth below is required. Likewise, it is understood that every user who visits the website knows and accepts each and every one of the clauses of these terms and conditions.

Buys:

In the case of payment with one of the credit cards accepted on the website, the Client will be subject to the existing contract between the Client and the issuing bank. Marcakala.com sells goods for personal use and therefore, according to the Civil Code of Venezuela, waives the right of withdrawal in all circumstances. Once the entire purchase process is completed with payment, the pieces will be produced within a period of two (2) to three (3) weeks, if they are not immediately available, and subsequently the shipment.
