In the event of defects in the quality or suitability of the items purchased through Marcakala.com, the Client may make use of the legal guarantee under the terms established in these terms and conditions.

In order to request an exchange for a part of the same reference or a return, it is required that the object of the contractual obligation be defective or unusable for normal use, and must be requested within four (4) continuous days from the receipt of the good, in case of deficiencies in manufacturing, processing, materials, or if the piece is not entirely suitable for the use for which it is intended.

In the event of a return, Customers will have the right to request the termination or termination of the contract and obtain a credit note with the value of the purchase. This credit note is valid for the next purchase on the site, that is, its use will be mandatory when purchasing a new product on the website.

To issue the credit note, the returned product must be received at the Marcakala.com offices to validate that it meets the return conditions required by the company: the product must be unused, with labels, in perfect condition and it must have the original packaging to verify if it was actually sent in a different color, model or size than the one requested.

In the case of requesting the change, it can be done one (1) time per product. If the verified error is on the part of Marcakala.com, the company will cover the shipping costs.

No changes or returns will be made when the reasons are attributable to the Client's personal tastes or preferences.
