Shipping Policy

Once the production of the order is completed through our made-to-order model, the customer will receive an email with the shipping information from us and the tracking number, for which he must make sure to provide his email address correct, otherwise you will not receive confirmation. If the shipping process has started, we will not be able to make any changes to the address.

In the event of any delay in processing times for any delivery service, you will be notified by email.

Our national and international shipping is free.

International shipments are made through the shipping company DHL, from Monday to Friday, except holidays. After placing the order with DHL, it may take between 7 to 10 business days for delivery.

Marcakala.com is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have proof of delivery to the correct shipping address, therefore, it is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Marcakala.com is not responsible in case of delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

International customers will be responsible for all duties and taxes.
