Orders and Payments
To place an order, browse our product catalog, select the desired items, add them to the cart, and follow the instructions to complete the purchase.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other secure electronic payment methods such as Paypal. Specific options will be displayed at checkout.
Yes, we work on request and also made to measure. The production time varies between 5 to 15 business days, depending on the design.
If you wish to modify or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at gerencia@marcakala.com. If the order has already been processed, changes cannot be made unless they are due to a product defect.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship domestically and internationally through different agencies.
Domestic shipping is free. International shipping is done through DHL. We do not cover tariffs, but the rest of the costs are included for purchases over 100.00 USD. Estimated delivery time: 7 to 10 business days.
We process orders in 1 to 3 business days. Shipping time depends on the destination and the option selected.
If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us immediately at gerencia@marcakala.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request before shipping.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track the status of the shipment.
During peak seasons or promotions, processing time may be extended. However, we work to minimize delays and ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.
Returns and Exchanges
• We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the order.
• The garment must be unworn, with tags and in its original packaging.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• The customer covers the return costs, except if there was an error in shipping or a problem with the item, in which case the brand will assume the expense.
• Only one (1) exchange per product is allowed.
We will notify you by email once we have received and reviewed your return. If it is approved, we will proceed with the exchange or refund.
No, items on sale or marked as “Final Sale” do not apply for exchanges or returns.
